Restaurant Owner Hunts Down Negative Yelp Reviewer

It’s easy to show examples of what not to do…this is one of those examples.
If your restaurant is hit with a one-star review on Yelp, you can either improve the food and customer service, and hope that people will notice. Or, you can hunt down the reviewer who left the rating, and send him a series of profane text messages. Ninja City Kitchen and Bar recently opted for the latter. http://buff.ly/1zx0BNS

On social media, if you SELL SELL SELL you will be IGNORED IGNORED IGNORED…but that doesn’t mean selling on social media is a dirty word, WRONG, it’s the perfect place to sell because you’re building relationships and people like to buy from people they now. The key to content lies in these three elements: Entertain, Educate and A Call To Action! #YYC #YYCBusiness #ViralInNature
